10 THINGS THAT WILL HELP YOU APPROACH FEAR

There is not any person who hasn't experienced fear. Fear enslaves us and makes us weak and vulnerable. Fear limits our freedom, independence, confidence, and self-esteem. Fear doesn’t exist anywhere outside your mind. Battle with fear is an inner battle, and we need to learn how to approach fear.

1. DON’T PANIC IN FRONT OF FEAR, BE CALM- Most people panic in front of fear. Don’t panic. Be calm.

2. DON’T OVERTHINK, JUST OBSERVE- Thinking will not help you in front of fear, you will be more confused. Observe, and don’t overthink.

3. WHEN YOU FEEL THE MOST INTENSE FEARS, DON’T RUN AWAY, STAY THERE- If you want to overcome fear, you need to endure the most intense fear. After that, you will feel relief. This is one victory over your fear, but you need to fight until you win in a war.

4. ENDURE YOUR DESIRE TO ESCAPE FROM YOUR FEAR- The instinct is to escape from fear, but that is not a solution, but postponing the problem.

5. FEAR IS A THREAT WITHOUT EXECUTION- When something bad happens to you, you are not afraid of it. In most cases, fear is just a threat without exception.

6. FEAR EXISTS JUST IN YOUR MIND- The same situation for two different persons can be normal or stressful. Fear is just in your mind, not in the situation, but in the interpretation of that situation.

7. DON’T AVOID FEAR, FACE IT- Avoidance is a bad strategy that will ruin your self-esteem and self-confidence. Face your fear, and liberate yourself from it.

8. WHAT WORST COULD HAPPEN TO ME?- Fear is an illusion, fear can’t hurt or harm you. Once you face your fear, you realize that fear is just self-limiting beliefs that prevent you from living a life worth living.

9. IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOU NOTICE SOME FEAR TRY TO ELIMINATE IT- Don’t allow to your fear to grow, immediately try to eliminate it from the root.

10. CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW GOOD YOUR LIFE WOULD BE IF YOU WERE NOT AFRAID?- Try to imagine your life without fear. Practice it every day. When you feel and realize how great your life could be, you will be motivated to approach any fear and eliminate it from your life.
