The meaning of life gives us protection and strength. When we lose the meaning of life we notice that life loses sense. The power of the meaning of life is visible, especially in harsh times. The importance of life gives you endurance, strength, persistence, and power to overcome any obstacle. Without the meaning of life, your life loses its purpose.

  • IT IS NOT THE END, IT IS THE BEGINNING OF NEW LIFE

Understand that once you lose the meaning of life it is not the end of the world, it is a start of a new journey. It is the start of new life. This is your quest. A quest for finding the new meaning of your life.

  • BE OPEN AND LEARN TO LET GO

Your old meaning of life is outdated, you need to refresh or create a new meaning of life. Be open to seeing a different perspective of the world. Learn to let go of the old meaning of life, instead of it find the one that will serve you better.

  • A JOURNEY OUTSIDE OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

Don’t be frustrated or sad when you lost the meaning of life, go on the journey. A journey outside of your comfort, and being average. If you don’t know where to go or start, just follow your fears. Where your fear is there is your task.

  • YOU NEED TO OWN THE MEANING OF LIFE

Most people never had the authentic meaning of life, they borrow it or steal it from other people. That is an easy way, that can’t last long. You need to own the meaning of life, not by imitating other people or using their solutions for your life, but by owning it and earning it by becoming authentic and never compromising with your values and beliefs, and being ready to abandon any value or belief that is not true.

Summary:  It is hard to go into this process alone, if you have someone that can be considered a mentor or counselor, it will help you as well, not to imitate them, but to have the knowledge, the right advice, and wisdom that you can use throughout your journey. Also, they will teach or advice you on how to be independent and interdependent. It is optional to find the right mentor, but if you are lucky to find one, you will have a strong ally on your journey.
