As life gets more boring and stressful, things are getting more broader to help man survive in it. Meditation is a tool to relax mind, it is mainly used when stressed out. It is also used to keep your mind focused on something or to study something. I personally use it during decision making process, you can use meditation during inner self communication. As a student, I used meditation when studying, probably everyone use meditation when studying, maybe you haven't realize that because we didn't practice it officially. I can remember, I used to meditate on the most important keywords of my books when reading so I can remember them clearly. I have a reason to tell you that every student that studies really hard make use of meditation. Meditation as I said before plays a very vital role in the survival of mankind. The world is turning into something more boring and stressful to some people with limited knowledge and as well turning into something more interesting to people like me and you with the knowledge to handle it, Human beings have more than two things running in their mind when their mind is still conscious. Valentine is generally known for a unique color, this color is one of the things that make valentine special, so why don't you think more effectively on the purpose of valentine and as well your boyfriend choice of dress before picking your valentine's dress. Hey, don't get me wrong I am only giving an example, the role of meditation here is that when you do some quiet and mindful meditation more often, it cools down your brain and trigger up your ability to think effectively, accurately and as well fasten your thinking capability.

Meditation is a great tool for deep mind relaxation. An adult humans especially the elderly ones finds it hard to sleep at night because their brain has leaned to the "too much thinking technique" when solving problems or making decisions, thereby making their brain not to find rest easily. But with "meditation technique" the brain will learn to calm down and brings a relax state of mind to make you sleep like you are in heaven.
